We welcome Dr.
Taru Salmenkari, Adjunct Professor, University of Helsinki, who will be residing at the GITS for one year from 1 March 2012 as recipient of the
Taiwan Fellowship Program. Dr. Salmenkari will carry on her research on vertical and horizontal civil society relations in Taiwan and other parts of East Asia.
